Justin came to PRIDE in fall 2009 as an admissions counselor with a strong and diverse background, including experience in the field of addiction and mental health issues. Through various sales, marketing and advertising roles, he has exhibited high-quality customer service, dedication and a strong understanding of the admissions role and leadership qualities required to assist incoming PRIDE patients in a timely and respectful manner. Justin is currently going to school to earn his alcohol and drug therapy certificate.
Nikki Knudson-Dalal, Admissions Counselor

Nikki came to PRIDE to cover the weekend admission role and has become a valuable part of the team. With her help, clients are able to begin the steps to getting the help they need over the weekend instead of waiting until Monday morning. Nikki is also going to school to become a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Allyson is the newest member of the admissions team however is very familiar at PRIDE. Having worked directly with the clients as a tech, Allyson has great background to be successful at understanding and addressing some of the concerns for clients coming into PRIDE.
